AF appointed as contractor on the new Østfold hospital

AF Group (AFG) has been appointed by the South-
Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority as
contractor for the installation work in the post
treatment ward at the new Østfold hospital.

The contract is the sixth building contract for AF in
connection with the building of the new hospital. The
contract includes 2402 Installation work in the post
treatment ward of the hospital and will continue the
work AF already is doing on this project.

The contract, which will be carried out as
performance contracts, have a total estimated value
of NOK 116 million ex. VAT.

Construction will commence in May 2013 and is
scheduled for completion in June 2014.

- The new Østfold hospital is the largest land-based
building project in Norway. This is our sixth
contract at the new hospital. We look forward to
continue the good cooperation with the South-Eastern
