The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued
3,500,000 new share options to 1,383 employees in
2014, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given
by the General Meeting on May 15 2014. The strike
price for the options is NOK 74.25.
Total outstanding options are after this issue
3,500,000.
