member in Constructio AS) purchased 100,000 shares on
22 February at 130.50 per share. Constructio AS owns
13,280,762 shares in AF Gruppen after this trade.
Flygind AS, which also is a related party to Kristian
Holth, owns 1,016,771 shares in AF Gruppen ASA. The
two companies now own a total of 15.43 % of the total
number of shares and voting rights in AF Gruppen.
