The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued
146,863 new share options to 105 employees in 2016, in
accordance with the share option scheme adopted by the
General Meeting on May 15 2014. The strike price for
the options is NOK 132.68 and the options may be
exercised in 2017.
Total outstanding options after this issue are
3,906,462.
