private placement to employees at the company,
according to public announcement 13.10.2016. The
subscription price is NOK 128.60 per share.
The share issue has increased the share capital in AF
Gruppen ASA by NOK 46,500 to NOK 4,680,500. The total
number of shares outstanding after this share issue is
93,610,000.
