Holth, board member in AF Gruppen ASA and board member in
Constructio AS) purchased 63,733 and 4,738 shares,
respectively on 1 March 2017 at 158.50 per share.
Constructio AS owns 13,741,782 shares in AF Gruppen ASA
after this trade. Flygind AS owns 1,021,509 shares in AF
Gruppen ASA. The two companies now own a total of 15.72 % of
the total number of shares and voting rights in AF Gruppen
ASA.
