OBOS BBL ("OBOS") has today bought 2,350,000 shares in AF
Gruppen ASA ("AFG"), at NOK 157 per share. Following the
transaction, OBOS holds 18 066 733 shares in AFG,
representing 18.59 percent of the outstanding share capital
in AFG.
OBOS is currently a primary insider and is represented on
the board of directors in AFG by Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, CEO
of OBOS, cf. The Securities Trading Act section 4-2 first
paragraph.
