AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued shares as a private
placement to the sellers of Kanonaden Entrepenad AB,
according to public announcement 13.02.2017. 318,766 shares
has been issued, with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 per share
and a price of NOK 153.40 per share.
The share issue has increased the share capital in AF
Gruppen ASA by NOK 15,938.30 to NOK 4,696,438.30. The total
number of shares outstanding after this share issue is
93,928,766.
