AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 3,253,346 shares as a
private placement to employees at the company in order to
exercise all outstanding share options. The subscription
price for 2,716,956 shares was NOK 64.60 per share, for
452,675 shares the subscription price was NOK 101.20 per
share and for 83,715 shares the subscription price was NOK
129.70. The total value of the share issue is NOK
232,183,903.10.
The share issue has increased the share capital in AF
Gruppen by NOK 162,667.30 to NOK 4,859,105.60. The total
number of shares outstanding after this share issue is
97,182,112.
