We refer to the notice made public today, where the General Meeting of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) adopted the Board's proposal for dividend payment for the fiscal year 2017.
Today is the last day AF Gruppen ASA shares are traded inclusive dividend rights of NOK 5.00 per share.
Dividend will be paid to shareholders on 23 May 2018.
