Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on August 19, 2019 regarding the acquisition of Betonmast AS. Today, Betonmast Holding AS, a company owned 67.4 percent by AF Gruppen and 32.6 percent by management and former shareholders of Betonmast, has completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Betonmast AS.
