Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has through Betonmast Bergen entered into an agreement with Sandsli Boligutvikling AS on project development and intention to develop the next building stage at Sandsliåsen in Bergen. The collaboration contract has a value of MNOK 120 excl. VAT.
The construction phase consists of approx. 70 apartments distributed in four buildings, with underground parking and outdoor areas. The interaction phase is already underway, and the expected start of construction is Q3 2020.
“We have had a very good cooperation with the developer in the ongoing construction phase, and see the additional agreement as a great statement of trust,” says Jørgen Evensen, CEO of Betonmast.
Sandsli Boligutvikling AS is owned by EGD Property AS, Stadsporten AS and OBOS Nye Hjem.
