Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Aberdeen Standard Investments and Ailon Group about a turnkey contract for Kvarteret Röshult centrally located in Malmö. The contract amount is approximately SEK 374 million, excluding VAT.
Röshult is located in the old industrial area Sorgenfri, one of Malmö's largest urban development projects. The project includes the construction of four buildings with 113 studio apartments, an apartment hotel with 244 rooms as well as a gym, premises for office communities, a café and a 200 square meter glazed house in the courtyard.

The project has started, and the estimated move-in is December 2022.
