We refer to public announcement July 1st 2021 regarding LOI to merge AF Gruppen’s and Aker Solutions’ existing offshore decom operations.
The Norwegian Competition Authority (NCA) has today informed the companies that they have no objections to the merger.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the 4th quarter 2021 and is subject to a completed due diligence and final board approvals.
