AF Gruppen has signed a contract with Rolvsrud Idrettspark Holding AS to build 300 apartments in Lørenskog outside of Oslo. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract and is valued at NOK 810 million excluding VAT.
The Rolvsrud Arena project comprises 300 apartments in five apartment buildings and approx. 1,100 m2 commercial premises at ground level, with an underground car park. The development comprises two construction stages. The project is of a good standard with thoughtful material choices and is in the centre of Lørenskog. The homes will be built in accordance with stringent environmental requirements and certified in accordance with BREEAM Very Good.
Rolvsrud Idrettspark Holding AS is owned by AF Gruppen Norge AS (33%), Wenaas Eftf.AS (33%), Øye Utbygging AS (11%), Breidablikk Eiendom AS (11%) and Ragde Eiendom AS (11%).
