AF Gruppen (AFG) has agreed a new loan facility with Handelsbanken. The new facility of NOK 1.5 billion will replace the existing loan facility of NOK 1.0 billion in the same bank.
The new agreement is a sustainability linked revolving credit facility with a duration of 3+1+1 year. AF Gruppen also has a multicurrency overdraft facility (duration rolling 1 year) of NOK 2 billion in DNB. The company’s total loan facilities are now NOK 3.5 billon.
