Major shareholding notification

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by AF Gruppen ASA today, 17.10.2024, with a resolution of a private placement of 757,800 shares in connection with the share purchase program for employees. The combined ownership of Constructio AS and Flygind AS in AF Gruppen ASA will be reduced to 14,97% when the share capital increase has been completed. The combined number of shares in AF Gruppen ASA held by Constructio AS and Flygind AS have not changed.
