AF Gruppen has signed a contract with Entra regarding the rehabilitation of office premises at Brynsengfaret 6 in Oslo. The contract is carried out as a turnkey contract and is valued at approximately NOK 140 million excl. VAT
The project includes rehabilitation of certain parts of the building and contains, among other things, office premises, laboratory and changing rooms.

Construction is scheduled to start in Q4 2024 with handover in Q4 2025.
