RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 8 — RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In July 2021, the Company provided a discretionary $50,000 payment to the Company’s CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for personal guarantees provided in conjunction with financing Company debt. See Note 6.
