Financial Instruments	(17) Financial Instruments The carrying amount of the Company’s financial instruments including cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable and accounts payable approximate fair value due to the short term nature of these financial instruments. The carrying amount of the Company’s long-term debt, including the term loan, the revolving credit facility, capital lease obligations and current installments, as of December 31, 2017 was $225.6 million which approximated fair value based on current market interest rates. The carrying amount of the Company’s term loan as of December 31, 2016 was $265.0 million. The Company estimated the fair value of the term loan to be $268.5 million using observable inputs (Level 2). The carrying amount of the Company’s revolving credit facility and capital lease obligations as of December 31, 2016 was $3.7 million which approximated fair value based on current market interest rates.
