Financial Instruments	(12) Financial Instruments The carrying amount of the Company’s financial instruments, including cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable and accounts payable, approximates fair value due to the short-term nature of these financial instruments. The estimated fair value of the Notes, based on available market information, was $174.0 million and $180.1 million as of December 31, 2022 and September 30, 2023, respectively. The Company used Level 2 measurements under the fair value measurement hierarchy to determine the estimated fair value of the Notes.

The entire disclosure for financial instruments.
