Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 - DUE FROM AFFILIATED COMPANIES At September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, ASAP Expo was owed $150,024 and $50,787 from affiliated companies in which ASAP Expo’s officers are also owners and officers. The advance has no written note, is non-interest bearing and is payable on demand.
