Related Party	We currently lease office space on a month to month basis where the lessor is an entity owned by our former CEO and current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bradley Berman. Pursuant to the lease, we occupy approximately 2,813 square feet of office space. In accordance with this lease, our lease term remains on a month-to-month basis, provided that either party may provide ninety (90) day notice to terminate the lease, with base rents of $2,110 per month, plus common area operations and maintenance charges, and monthly parking fees of $240 per month, for the period from November 15, 2013 to October 31, 2014, and subject to increases of $117 per month beginning November 1, 2014 and for each of the subsequent three year periods. We have paid a total of $52,298 and $52,284 to this entity during the nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively.
