RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities at June 30, 2021 is $76,535 (September 30, 2020 - $87,846) due to related parties with respect to key management personnel compensation and expense reimbursements. Amounts due to related parties are non-interest bearing, with no fixed terms of repayment.
