RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities at March 31, 2023 is $94,857 (September 30, 2022 - $81,225) due to related parties with respect to key management personnel compensation and expense reimbursements. Amounts due to related parties are non-interest bearing, with no fixed terms of repayment.
