RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	9. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities at December 31, 2024 is $139,204 (September 30, 2024 - $98,360) due to related parties with respect to key management personnel compensation and expense reimbursements. Amounts due to related parties are non-interest bearing, with no fixed terms of repayment.
