25 May 2010 - Aker Solutions ASA has on 21 May 2010, in connection with the
company's share purchase programme for employees, purchased 180 000 own shares
on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 86.68 per share. Following
the transaction, Aker Solutions ASA holds a total of 4 969 556 own shares
representing 1.81% of total shares outstanding.
