On 12 January 2011, entities managed by Causeway
Capial Management LLC (a U.S. investment manager
accounts) sold a total of 797,345 shares in Aker
Solutions ASA (ticker: AKSO). After the sale
mentioned above, entities managed by Causeway Capial
Management LLC on a consolidated basis held
13,344,980 shares comprising 4.87% of the issued
shares and votes in Aker Solutions ASA. Entities
managed by Causeway Capial Management LLC hold no
rights to shares.
