Akastor ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Leif H Borge, CFO in Akastor ASA, has today purchased 61 500 shares in the
company at an average price of NOK 5.9755 per share through his 100 % owned
company, Bohasi Invest AS.

Following today's transaction, Borge holds 204 275 shares in Akastor ASA, either
personally or through Bohasi Invest AS.
