Akastor ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Leif H Borge, CFO in Akastor ASA, has today purchased 27 697 shares in the
company at an average price of NOK 6.2786 per share through his 100 % owned
company, Bohasi Invest AS.

Following today's transaction, Borge holds 231 972 shares in Akastor ASA, either
personally or through Bohasi Invest AS.
