Akastor ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Leif H Borge, CFO in Akastor ASA, has on 16.03.16 purchased 18 028 shares in the
company at an average price of NOK 7.5104 per share through his 100 % owned
company, Bohasi Invest AS.

Following today's transaction, Borge holds 250 000 shares in Akastor ASA, either
personally or through Bohasi Invest AS.
