Leif Borge, CFO of Akastor ASA, has today purchased 40 000 shares through his
company Bohasi Invest AS at a price of NOK 8.34 per share. Following the
transaction, Borge holds 340 000 shares in Akastor.
The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
