Karl Erik Kjelstad, CEO of Akastor ASA, has today purchased 100 000 shares
through his company Byesvollen AS at an average price of NOK 4.09 per share.
Following the transaction, Kjelstad holds 400 000 shares in Akastor.
The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
