RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 11 — RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In October 2017, Sekisui purchased all outstanding shares of the Company’s Series D and Series D-1 preferred stock from Gen-Probe Incorporated. As such, Sekisui became a related party as of October 2017. These Series D and Series D-1 preferred stock shares were converted into 1,980,233 shares of the Company’s common stock in connection with the reverse recapitalization transaction in May 2020. During the nine-months transition period ended December 31, 2020, Sekisui ceased to be a related party as to the Company. In the attached financial statements, information for 2020 periods and dates is presented without distinct “related party” treatment for items pertaining to Sekisui.
