Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	9. Commitments and Contingencies The Company entered in to a consulting arrangement for a period of 12 months. The consulting arrangement provides for a fixed fee of approximately $180 with additional maximum incentive-based fees of approximately $20 associated with accomplishing specific milestones.
