Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies The Company entered into a consulting arrangement for a period of 12 months for transition-related work with respect to our VCON acquisition. The consulting arrangement provides for a fixed fee of approximately $180 with additional maximum incentive-based fees of approximately $20 associated with accomplishing specific milestones.
