Subsequent events	12. Subsequent events On October 28, 2022 the Company obtained a bridge loan in the principal amount of $2,000 from Edward D. Bagley (the “2022 Bridge Loan”), an affiliate of the Company. The 2022 Bridge Loan is evidenced by a promissory note dated October 28, 2022 (the “2022 Note”) issued by the Company to Mr. Bagley.  The 2022 Note bears interest at a rate of 12.0% per annum and matures on October 28, 2023. Mr. Bagley is an affiliate of the Company and the Company’s single largest stockholder.
