Subsequent events In January 2023, the 2022 Bridge loan of $2,000 along with applicable interest was repaid.  The Company received $1,350 and recorded the settlement gain in March 2023 upon entering into an agreement with a service provider to settle a contract dispute arising on provision of software services to the Company.
