Subsequent events On May 8, 2023, the Company announced that the Company’s Board of Directors had declared a special one-time cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Company’s common stock or eligible warrants, payable on May 31, 2023 to shareholders of record on May 22, 2023. This is expected to result in cash outflow of approximately, $28,978.
