Leif O Høegh, who is a non-executive director of Aker ASA, has through Aequitas
AS, a company indirectly controlled by him, purchased 20 000 shares in Aker ASA
at NOK 158 per share.

Following this purchase Leif O Høegh directly and indirectly controls 95 000
shares.
