Aker ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Ola Snøve, investment director at Aker ASA, has on Friday 6th June purchased
25 000 shares in Aker ASA at a price of NOK 228.53 per share. The shares are
purchased through the company Storbrea AS, which is wholly owned by Mr. Snøve.

After the purchase, Mr. Snøve owns indirectly in total 104 275 shares.
