Aker ASA: Invitation to presentation of fourth-quarter 2016 results

Aker ASA will publish its fourth-quarter and preliminary annual results for
2016 on the Oslo Stock Exchange on Tuesday 28 February 2017, at 07:00 CET. The
results presentation will be held at Aker's headquarters at Fornebuporten,
Oksenøyveien 10, at 09:00 CET the same morning.

We invite investors, analysts and media to Aker's results presentation with

required.
