Related Party Transactions	(17) Related Party Transactions On April 15, 2014, 1^st Detect entered into an agreement with a 3^rd party for which Thomas B. Pickens, III, the Company’s CEO, holds a nominal investment. The 3^rd party agreement includes a 12 month technology license agreement in the amount of $100,000 and a 12 month professional services agreement in the amount of $80,000.
