Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company filed a Form S-8 on January 19, 2018. This was to register additional shares to the 2011 Stock Incentive Plan and was approved by the shareholders at the annual shareholders’ meeting on December 7, 2017. By filing this Form S-8, we have registered a total of 975,000 shares associated with the 2011 Stock Incentive Plan.
