2011. Strike is NOK 1.6087 per share. Aker Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Aker ASA. Aker holds through its wholly owned subsidiary Aker Seafoods
Holding AS 795,888,408 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA, i.e. 83.3%.
