Aker Capital AS has renewed a total return swap with 26,505,447 underlying
shares in Aker BioMarine ASA. Close is 29 August 2011. Strike NOK 2.3462 per
share. Aker Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker ASA. Aker holds through
its wholly owned subsidiary Aker Seafoods Holding AS 795,888,408 shares in Aker
BioMarine ASA, i.e. 83.3%.
