Presentation of Q1 2011 results

Aker BioMarine ASA will release its interim report for the 1(th) quarter 2011 on
Monday 9, 2011. On the day of the release, representatives of the company will
present the results at

Felix Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, Aker Brygge, Oslo. The presentation
begins at 08.30 a.m.

All interested parties are welcome to attend. No advance registration is
required.

Aker BioMarine will submit its 1(th) quarter 2011 interim report to the Oslo
Stock Exchange prior the 08.30 presentation. Presentation material will be
available at www.newsweb.no and www.akerbiomarine.com.
