NOTIFIABLE TRADE

Mr. Tim de Haas, Director of Business Development in Aker BioMarine ASA, has
entered into a total return swap (TRS) with 345,000 underlying shares in Aker
BioMarine ASA with strike 1,6626 and close date 24.01.2014. The TRS agreement
was made today. Prior to the TRS agreement, Tim de Haas owned 19,500 shares in
Aker BioMarine ASA. Total exposure including the TRS agreement is
364,500 shares.
