Aker BioMarine ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

AS Kanalmontasje, a close associate of Ola Snøve, Chairman of the Board in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today purchased 50,000 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at an average price of NOK 37,79 per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Snøve and his close associates control 665,000 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.
