Reference is made to the Annual General Meeting in Aker BioMarine held on 20 April 2022 in which Mr. Øyvind Eriksen was appointed as deputy member to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has on 8 June 2022 appointed Mr. Eriksen as an observer to the Board. Mr. Eriksen will consequently resign as deputy member.
